Nobuyuki Tsujii, piano

Celebrity Alert! Nobuyuki Tsujii, known to everyone as the mononymous Nobu, is a much-loved Japanese pianist who won the joint First Prize at the van Cliburn International Piano Competition in 2009 and has been described as the "definition of virtuosity" by The Observer. Nobu, who has been blind from birth, is a role model for many, inside and outside the music world. His programme includes the rarely-performed concert etudes by Nicholai Kapstin. Definitely one of Breinton’s ‘bucket list’ artists and recitals.
